TCP Diamond Bits

TCP (thermally stable polycrystalline diamond) drill bit is an efficient rock breaking tool in the field of oil and gas drilling. It is designed for efficient drilling in complex formations by combining the core technology of polycrystalline diamond composite (PDC) with thermal stabilization process.

Structural property 

1. The cutting tooth adopts multi-layer composite structure, the surface layer is 0.8-2.0mm artificial diamond polycrystalline layer, and the base is hard alloy support body

2. The special heat treatment process makes the cutting teeth resistant to 750℃ temperature

3. Non-plane tooth rake design (15-25), equipped with multi-stage hydraulic cleaning structure

Performance advantages

Impact resistance: lateral impact strength is greater than or equal to 35kN

• Wear index: 40% higher than conventional PDC drill bit

• Formation adaptation: can deal with abrasive quartz sandstone (quartz content>60%), hard shale and gravel interlayer

• Mechanical drilling speed: up to 12-18m/h in strata of hardness 6-8
