Performance features

1.Efficient drilling

Diamond high density arrangement and sharp edge design improve the efficiency of rock breaking, and the average drilling speed is 20%-35% higher than that of conventional drill bit.

2.Good quality

The synergistic effect of the wear resistance of the body and the self-sharpness of the diamond can make the life of a single drill bit reach 80-150 meters (depending on the hardness of the rock).

3.Strong adaptability

By adjusting the hardness of the tire body (HRB 20-45) and the concentration of diamond, it can match the requirements of soft to very hard rock layers.

4.Low skewness

Symmetrical lip design and high precision machining process to ensure the verticality deviation of drilling is less than 1 /30m.
